The West Kowloon Cultural District is committed to making its websites accessible to the widest audience possible. To ensure appropriate and uniform coverage, we conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 standard, Level AA conformance to the maximum extent possible.

To achieve a Gold Award in the scheme, the website has to meet all 24 judging criteria listed under the Gold Category for basic and key web accessibility features. These criteria include providing captions for videos, accessible PDFs, and sufficient colour contrast, and ensuring correct syntax of webpages for compatibility with browsers and assistive technologies. We will continue our endeavours to provide accessible information to people of different abilities and contribute to a caring and inclusive society.
