All Performances at the Xiqu Centre Today will be Rescheduled

The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority has announced that all the performances held at the Xiqu Centre today will be rescheduled.
 

All ticket holders please keep your ticket(s). Details of the rescheduled and refund arrangements can be found on the West Kowloon Cultural District website. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
 

The rescheduled performances are as follow: 
 

Xiqu Centre Oct 1 Performances Reschedule and Refund Procedure
 

Boomabliss 31st Anniversary Presentations – Love of the Seventh Fairy Maiden
The performance to be held on 1 October 2019 (Tuesday) 7:30pm at Grand Theatre, Xiqu Centre is rescheduled to 3 October 2019 (Thursday) 1:30pm
 

Experimental Cantonese Opera “Farewell My Concubine” (New Adaptation)
The performance to be held on 1 October 2019 (Tuesday) 7:45pm at Studio 1, Xiqu Centre is rescheduled to 8 October 2019 (Tuesday) 9:30pm
 

All patrons who purchased tickets are welcome to attend the rescheduled date with the original tickets at the door for entry. For patrons who would not attend the rescheduled date may apply a full refund subject to the following refund procedure.
 

Tickets purchased by Credit Card:
Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same credit card account used for tickets purchased for the event. Refund by credit card will be made within 6-8 weeks from 23 Oct 2019. No refund in either cash or cheque will be made for tickets purchased by Credit Card.
 

Tickets Purchased by Cash / Octopus:
Please present the physical ticket(s) at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office during business hours (Monday to Sunday, 10am-9pm) for the period between 23 October 2019 to 24 November 2019 to process a refund.
Cash refunds will be made at the Xiqu Centre Ticket Office upon submission of a completed Refund Request Form with matched ticket(s). The ticket holder must sign to acknowledge receipt of the refund. Any cash refund requests received after 24 November 2019 will not be processed.
