There is currently a large crowd in the West Kowloon Cultural District and the Police have implemented one-way pedestrian flow management starting from 7:25 pm.

Visitors cannot enter the District via the Artist Square Bridge that connects Artist Square to Elements.

Visitors who want to go to the Art Park must enter at the junction of Austin Road West and Museum Drive.

The Police have implemented road closures on Museum Drive and Cultural Drive starting from 7pm and all bus stops and minibus stops within the area of the road closures have been suspended.

The entrances and exits of all car parks in the West Kowloon Cultural District, except for the Xiqu Centre Car Park, have been closed since 7pm. Vehicles already parked in the car parks can only leave after the crowd has dispersed and the Police have lifted the road closures in the District, which is likely to be after 10:30 pm.

As the coverage of the road closures expands, the Xiqu Centre Car Park is expected to stop entry and exit starting from 8:30 pm.

The service of the complementary circular route bus has been suspended.

The Authority strongly recommends visitors to take public transport to the District.
