About the Programme

Organised by the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority (WKCDA) and sponsored by Yau Tsim Mong District Office, the Inclusive West Kowloon Community Engagement Programme 2023-24 is held from December 2023 to January 2024. The Inclusive West Kowloon Community Engagement Programme was first launched in 2022. By organising various art and cultural events at the West Kowloon Cultural District, WKCDA envisions to connect people of the community, including people with and without disabilities, ethnic minorities, seniors, underprivileged groups and more. The West Kowloon Cultural District will serve as a platform where participants will experience the accessible and inclusive atmosphere of the District from diverse perspectives and be inspired to think in new ways. The Inclusive Tea House Theatre Experience and Touch Tour, Hong Kong Palace Museum Access Tour, as well as M+ Access Tour and Workshop will be featured for the Programme this year to support the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of participants through art experiences.
