Unique fundraising walkathon with basket & water which you can experience how water-scarce residents fetching water and raise fund to bring clean water to people in need
Description
After a three-year hiatus, our signature walkathon “Walk for Water” returns in a whole new format as “AVEDA Walk & Fun 2023” on 7 May!
WALK FOR WATER – Carry a bamboo basket and water to walk 2km, to get a first-hand experience on the lives of water-scarce residents who must travel far for water every day.
CARNIVAL – After the walk, participate in the carnival and workshops at Harbourside Lawn, to learn the importance of water in a fun way.
The fund raised by this event will be used to build water facilities for water-scarce residents in Cambodia, Nepal, and Myanmar, making clean and safe water accessible to different communities.
