Terms of Reference

• To review and advise on commercial strategies for individual venues / buildings in WKCD involving RDE or CCI Office Tenants;
• To oversee the content of marketing collateral & supporting leasing documentation;
• To consider EoIs, offers & proposals submitted by potential prospects and provide advice, direction, and/or endorsement of the recommendations by the Business Development Department or Assessment Team on the way forward for the leasing process
• To advise, comment, and/or endorse the key terms contained in the offers made by the Business Development Department involving commercial leasing contracts for approval by the management of the Authority;
• To advise, comment, and/or endorse future renewals and terminations recommended by the Business Development Department having regard to tenant performance and trade mix plans.
