Together, they create a complete ecosystem with synergy effect, where arts and culture will fuel Hong Kong’s new commerce development and stimulate creativity and ideas for the next generations.

Under the master plan of the WKCD, the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority will undertake the property development projects in the District in phases and under the public-private partnership model.
